Kentucky Center for Economic Policy
Challenge
Kentucky Center for Economic Policy (KCEP) needed a messaging tool developed to show their target audience how Kentucky can create thriving communities that unlock potential in its people.
KCEP is a non-profit, non-partisan initiative that conducts research, analysis and education on important policy issues facing Kentucky.
Solution
The solution was to create a 20-page brochure that outlined five strategies—each with several policy recommendations—showing public policies that can build capacities, open up opportunities and promote equity.
The art direction incorporates a variety of people in silhouette to represent Kentuckians, and filling that shape with photos of locations that represent the five strategies.
